As well as the energetic capacities of gothic buildings did not always had to have a religious interpretation, the basic principle of our Center and it's construction does not necessarily need to be categorized as a religious one.
A religious interpretation would actually be a quite reduced interpretation. As religion in my opinion puts up borders and limitations.

According to sacred architecture/geometry, so called “ sacred ”universal patterns appear in almost everything around us. A complex system of religious symbols and structures involving space, time and form.

It is moreover generally believed that by studying these forms and patterns insight into the Universe may be gained. This seems a rather very dramatic understanding.
All it is basically about, is a few relative simple and easy to follow construction principles that are common in nature and our day to day surroundings.
For example the squaring of a circle or the golden section.
They are just simple tools to construct buildings, whether they are sacred or not, with harmonic proportions. Their dynamics have for centuries been used in a religious context and seem to be re-discovered and interpreted in our esoteric times.
