The building’s floor plan is similar to the human body anatomy, or the aura of a human body. It is the way that clear-sighted, clairvoyant people can see it. The 7 energy centers (Chakras) are situated and arranged in the same order as they are found in the human body. The visitor who walks through the building start on the 1st Chakra (Forecourt/Body representation: coccyx) and finishes on the 7th Chakra (Menhir/Body representation: crown of the head).
This kind of procession through the building symbolizes an act of tantric meditation (Hinduism, Buddhism) that starts from the bottom chakra and climbing to the top.
The next paragraph follows a typical procession through the building and explains the positions and functions of the 7 chakras accordingly:
The procession starts with the 1st Chakra, where the fountain in front of the building’s entrance called the root chakra is situated at the bottom end of the spine. It conducts energies that originate in higher dimensions, into physical and earthly levels. If it is functioning the person feels a deep connection with the earth.
The 2nd Chakra is symbolized with a stone circle directly at the entrance. It is associated with the sexual organs and therefore controls the sexual and the creative energy.
The 3rd Chakra (also known as Hara) is situated just behind the entrance door towards the central-room. It represents in the human body the abdominal area around the navel/belly button. It is the passage from physical world “Etheric” to the spiritual world “Ethereal”, is the center of all emotional energies. For the building it symbolizes the transition from the physical world (outside), through the entrance door into the ethereal world /central-room (inside).
The 4th Chakra, the heart Chakra lies right in the middle of the central-room. Here the visitor finds the “tree in Harmony” fountain. It was designed by Hanna Fiala Gosh and the “Well-Care”-Group, according to the sound patterns of Pythagoras. The buildings that are situated in the right way and constructed with the right materials are capable of transforming earthly and cosmic energy, one of the effects the building should support. Out of a bowl that is filled with minerals and fixed on top of the fountain, water floods onto the surface of the fountain producing a sound that fills the room with great atmosphere. Many traditions emphasize the importance of the formation of the Buddhist (Metta Meditation for example) within the Christian faith. It is quite common to picture Christ and Maria with a symbolized heart
Inside of the building the 5th Chakra is located at the podium. In the human body represents the throat. It stands for all that has to do with language and communication in the outside world. This corresponds to the function of the central-room.
On the terrace outside behind the podium we find the 6th Chakra. It is the third fountain. In the human body it is called the “third eye” and is located on the forehead. It is connected to the physical eye sight and the intuitive and mystic sight and insight. The position of the 6th and 7th Chakra is guarded by two angels on the right and on the left. Angels do exist on the Christian, Judaism and Islam faiths. In a wider sense they do appear as well in other cultures, as elves for example.
The 7th Chakra is symbolized by the Menhir, which we find outside at the end of the building. If you look at its location on the floor plan it appears as if it sits on the top of all other significant points. In the human body we will find it on top of the head. Therefore it is often called crown-chakra.
