From 1991 to 1998 as an independent architect in Germany actively.
Treatment of all performance phases, mainly ecological building methods. 
Since 1998 certified architect in in whole Spain, office in Palma de Mallorca. 
At present projects on in whole Mallorca, the Canary islands and Costa Blanca. 
Co-operation with a local Arquitecto técnico, as well as several Spanish and German building firms. 

 

Differences between the self understandin of an Architect in Spain and in Germany. 

Version 1:  the architect provides the Plans, the owner does the rest ( profile in Spain)

Version 2:  The architect confirms the services as used of the German HOAI,

Planning, advertisement, participation in assignment, authority negotiations, submitting and fetching at the authorities, actual construction supervision, account control. Etc.....( profile in Germany)

This is no valuation, I only whant to point out, that in 2 different societies exist 2 different conceptions of an Arquitects work profile.

 

Frequent problem of many foreign owners:

They believe that They have assigned version 2 , because they don´t know an other one, however in reality version 1 is assigned, from this misunderstanding result then late problems....

 

My capacity:

Depending upon my agreement with the client I work accordingly Version 1 or version 2. 

My activity extends from conventional building method to totally ecological-biological building methods.   

70% of my Clients are Spanish
30% of my Clients are not Spanish europeans
